Aaron has worked in the field of executive search for 25 years. As President and CEO of Insight Executive Search, Aaron has directed senior level searches for many of the nation’s most highly regarded research and nonprofit institutions, providing clients with widely acknowledged leaders in their respective fields: executive leadership, senior scientists, directors, principal investigators and thought leaders. His expertise spans the fields of public policy, education, healthcare, workforce, economics, community development, finance, human services, children and families, survey research, statistics, life sciences, and development.
Aaron has provided clients the human capital that has allowed them to expand their business and secure millions of dollars in new business awards. Prior to Insight Executive Search, Aaron was a Director at Interconnections where he led searches for the nation’s leading research institutions, managing complex searches for multiple clients.
In his almost 20 years of experience completing national searches for leading researchers and nonprofit executives, Jon has developed a distinct skill for active listening which he finds critical in recognizing, identifying and recruiting top professionals.
Using the most advanced methodologies to effectively meet client search criteria, Jon has placed individuals in a wide variety of disciplines, including education, healthcare, economics, public policy, survey research and finance. He is committed to top tier client and candidate interface in an effort to cultivate an active and thriving network.
Managing Research Consultant
Channi leads research and candidate sourcing at Insight Executive Search. She has honed her ability to identify talent within the public policy and social science sector and has developed an acute understanding and insight into the complex dynamics of identifying the specific candidates that will be appropriate for the client’s particular needs.
In addition, Channi advises and instructs others in how to conduct the most cutting-edge executive search research and candidate identification methodologies.
Moshe leads executive searches for some of the nation’s leading policy and research organizations. With extensive experience conducting national searches, Moshe has a unique capability for identifying talent, with a specific familiarity in hiring for the social science research sector.
Moshe has experience conducting searches in education, healthcare, data science, human services, DEI, behavioral science and public policy. He has worked with both the non-profit and for-profit sectors.
Moshe has a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and was previously an Assistant State Attorney.
In his 35 years in the search business, David has traversed several industries — including economics, defense, technology, professional services, and social research – through which he has acquired an intimate and in-depth understanding of the sectors we serve.
Additionally, David has worked with America’s leading economists and advised senior members of several presidential administrations regarding employment in private industry
